Human Resource Management


As a graduate of Human Resource Management, I would like to share this..

1.The focus of Human Resource Management is managing people within the management & employee relationship.

2.It specifically aims at the management of people who work together using their knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAO's) & experience to help achieve the organization's corporate business objectives. Without people, (the most important asset), organization cannot process or grow.

3.Generally HRM deals with the relationship between an employeer who needs to fulfill business needs & an employee who works to satisfy individual needs.

4.HRM can be the major contributor to the success of the enterprise because it is in a key position "to affect customers, business results & ultimately shareholder value".

5.Likewise, ineffective HRM can be a major barrier to employee satisfaction & organizational success.

6.HRM is either a part of a problem or a part of a solution in gaining people's productive contributions.
